1. Who we are
BIZ UP sp. z o.o. is a Polish limited liability company headquartered in Lublin (ul. Hugo Kołłątaja 6/3) and Warszawa (Targowa 56). We act as an umbrella entity between independent professionals ("Freelancers") and their clients.
2. The Service
BIZ UP issues invoices to your clients on your behalf, collects payments, deducts applicable Polish taxes and social contributions, and pays you the net amount. Your subscription tier (CHICK, PRO, BIZRUPTOR, PRIME) determines features and limits.
We never take a percentage of your invoices — pricing is a fixed monthly fee.
3. Eligibility & onboarding
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to perform work in Poland. We may request KYC documentation. Foreign nationals are eligible — we assist with residence-permit alignment.
4. Payments & taxes
Payouts are made T+1 (next business day after we receive client payment) on standard plans, D+0 (same-day) on BIZRUPTOR and PRIME. We deduct PIT, ZUS, and other Polish statutory contributions in accordance with the chosen tax scheme.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Outstanding invoices are paid out per our normal schedule.
